Manado is forth city that I ever live in after Kendari. I have live here for four years, at least until now. Manado is second largest city in Celebes Island after Makassar. It’s capital city of North Sulawesi Province with about 423.257 population in 2014. Manado is a Northern city in Celebes Island that border by Philippines.
Manado has many tourist attraction. Bunaken National Park is most popular tourist attraction in Manado. Beside the tourist attraction, Manado is famous for its culinary culture. Its foodie paradise with tons of the restaurant serving local delicacies.
How to got there? There are direct flight from other countries such as Singapore and China or connecting flight through Jakarta or Denpasar (Bali). Sam Ratulangi Airport is the international airport at Manado. From Sam Ratulangi Airpot, visitors right into the city by taxi or public bus.
